As a company ATH NDT have only once gone down the route of taking a person on as a NDT trainee that was Jordan who is now an integral part of our organisation.

Hence, we would always recommend taking on an NDT trainee the main thing is to chose the right trainee during the interview process, set limits such as minimum qualifications required.
